Voted to amend bylaws regarding valuation date – Updated By Laws will be posted for review
SSG Reviews: CAT and NOV
Used Stock comparison guide with key points being:
CAT has dividends but NOV does not
CAT upside-down ratio is stronger even with conservative projections
NOV seemed more speculative due to volatile oil market and business model of growing by acquisitions
Members voted to buy CAT – 12 shares purchased at 36.94
